Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Director
FGS, LLC is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Director to manage and directly support corporate IT architectures, equipment, tools, processes, and policy. The ideal candidate will be technically competent, have excellent work ethics and initiative, be able to communicate clearly, and work well as part of a team. The position requires that the candidate be qualified to partially support direct billable contract work in addition to corporate tasking. The candidate must have demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, and loyalty to the United States, which would allow them to obtain a government security clearance. In addition, the candidate must possess at least 5 years' of enterprise grade systems administration experience with cloud and on-premise technologies. The position is in support of general Corporate IT requirements, services, and capabilities leveraged by the FGS workforce in the execution of their duties. The selected person filling this role will lead a team of security professionals and systems administrators tasked with maintenance and further development of FGS's overall capabilities. This role requires both technical and administrative skillsets.

Primary Duties:
- Serve as a part of the FGS strategic leadership team helping to shape the growth and efficiency of the company
- Manage Information Technology personnel and external service providers, including FGS's Managed Services Provider
- Administer and maintain all IT systems, to include Meraki networking equipment, Windows Servers, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Oversee deployment and management of user equipment, to include Windows 10/11 client workstations, mobile devices, and authentication tokens
- Maintain thorough documentation of environment, policies, and procedures
- Migrate legacy technologies and platforms to modern solutions
- Maintain operational status and cybersecurity posture of Production systems
- Resolve user hardware and software issues, to include delegation of tasks to staff and MSP
- Provide IT architecture and configuration recommendations and execute on those recommendations
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with company leadership and other departments
- Maintain vendor account information and manage software licensing
Required Qualifications:
- Current DoD Cyber Security Workforce Certification of IAT Level II or better (e.g., CompTIA Security+ certification)
- Proficient in the configuration and administration of a hybrid on-premises and Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra environment
- Proficient with managing Single Sign-on with Microsoft Entra as the underlying identity provider
- Proficient with Microsoft Azure technologies, to include virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage accounts
- Proficient in the configuration, licensing, and administration of Microsoft 365, to include Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Proficient in the configuration and administration of Cisco Meraki networking equipment, including firewalls, switches, and access points, or demonstrated expertise in alternative networking technologies
- Proficient in networking architecture and administration
- Proficient in Windows system administration
- Ability to learn and provide support for other SaaS products
- Experience with developing policies and procedures related to Information Technology
- Experience with NIST 800-171 controls and the DoD Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
Desired Skills:
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certification, or other relevant Microsoft certifications
- Experience with SentinelOne Cybersecurity Platform
- Experience with VMware
- Web Design and development experience
- Experience with the Intelligence Community or Military environment
