Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect with extensive experience in customer relationship management and cloud computing.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for Salesforce CRM expert to take on a leadership role within the S&P Salesforce Architecture team.

This team comes together across eight different locations every single day to craft enterprise grade applications that serve a large customer base with growing demand and usage. You will use a wide range of technologies and cultivate a collaborative environment with other internal teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve an understanding of customer environments and their use of the products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to build, support, and iteratively deploy enterprise level software.
  • Provide architecture, algorithms, and designs for solutions that scale to the customer's enterprise/global requirements.
  • Prioritize user experience by designing intuitive interfaces, automating repetitive tasks, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions are user-friendly and efficient.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce architecture, development and deployment.
  • Responsible for maintaining system health and Architecture runway.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and innovations to enhance our CRM capabilities.


What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Salesforce CRM experience with deep understanding of Object oriented programming.
  • Strong understanding of Design Patterns, API Integrations, Third Party tools and Integrated Platforms.
  • Proven experience with Application Integrations and Cloud Computing technologies like AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work within tight timelines.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Possess a true "roll up the sleeves and get it done" working approach, operating as a client-focused self-starter.
  • CPQ or RLM experience is a plus.


Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - preferred
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications


Location: Hybrid NY (2-3 days onsite)

Right to work requirements: This role is limited for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
