Key Responsibilities:
- Directs and manages daily nursing operations
- Provides clinical leadership and strategic direction
- Hires, trains, evaluates, and retains high-performing clinical staff
- Organizes staff schedules and assignments to ensure coverage and workflow efficiency
- Upholds compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Provides instruction and feedback to maintain nursing standards and ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active RN license (required)
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Will consider equivalent education and experience
- Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant leadership or supervisory nursing experience
