The team
We are looking for a Manufacturing Application Managed Services Specialist to work in a team to provide 24x7 support for various manufacturing applications and data collection systems. This role focuses on managing and supporting applications like Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Kepware, Complicity. The position also involves managing SQL Server, Windows, and IIS for optimal system performance.
The role
Key Responsibilities:
24x7 Support & Maintenance: Provide continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues in OT systems (FactoryTalk, RSView, Wonderware, etc.).
System Configuration & Integration: Configure and customize applications to support manufacturing operations and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Incident & Performance Management: Quickly resolve incidents, optimize data flows, and ensure uptime across critical applications.
Database & Network Management: Oversee SQL Server & other databases and ensure effective communication between applications and industrial systems.
User Support & Training: Provide training and maintain documentation for users and IT staff.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal integration and performance of OT systems.
What you'll bring
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing applications like FactoryTalk, RSView, and Wonderware.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Modbus, FLNet, SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, and industrial communication protocols.
Certifications: ITIL Foundation or similar certifications are a plus.
