Seeking BE/BC Pediatrician to join team in Yakima, WA.

Bring your unique interests and talents to work in our patient centered pediatric care outpatient clinic where you can enjoy a partnership with our dedicated team of Pediatricians, APCs, Behavioral Health Professionals, and Nurses to provide direct care to children and adolescents under the oversight of our Clinical Site Director. You will lead your healthcare team to promote good health, treat and prevent illness and maximize function to our patients. This opportunity presents you with opportunities to train Resident Physicians and students. Other requirements include pediatric call and newborn rounding at Hospital as scheduled.

Seeking BE/BC Pediatrician to join team in Yakima, WA.
- Current team of 4 Peds and 3 PNP's
- Strong Primary care and behavioral health integrated program
- Teaching component offered through primary care residency program
- Flexible Schedule: 4-day workweek (4/10s) with no call, rounding, or delivery attendance. Dedicated administrative time included.
- Patient-Centered Care: Manage a patient panel with an expected 18-20+ encounters per day to meet community needs.
- Teaching Opportunities: Engage in resident and medical student education.
- Specialty Interests Welcome: Incorporate your clinical passions into your practice.
- FQHC/CHC Mission with Strong Ties to the Community: Serve a diverse and often underserved population-experience in this setting is a plus.
- Bilingual Preferred: Spanish fluency is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 DOE, plus additional financial incentives.
- Encounter Bonus Potential: See 20+ patients/day and earn over $27,000 annually in additional bonuses.
