We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our Campus and Branch Solutions portfolio at Juniper Networks, the fastest growing product area at the company. This critical leadership role involves shaping and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the success of our wireless access, wired access, SD-WAN, indoor location, and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
  • Develop and drive the overall product marketing strategy for Juniper's Campus and Branch Solutions, aligning with the company's business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, field marketing, and performance marketing to ensure cohesive and integrated go-to-market plans.

Product Positioning and Messaging:
  • Craft differentiated messaging that resonates with key buyer personas, establishing Juniper Networks as a thought leader in campus and branch networking.
  • Evangelize products and solutions directly with customers, partners, analysts, influencers, and sales teams.

Go-to-Market Execution:
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that generate awareness, interest, and demand.

Sales Enablement:
  • Develop sales enablement tools, including collateral, presentations, and training materials, to empower the sales team to effectively communicate the value of Juniper's Campus and Branch Solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales organization, including participation in key customer meetings and events.

Customer Advocacy:
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve products and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage customer success stories and testimonials to build credibility and influence in the market.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product marketing leadership roles, preferably in the networking or technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of campus and branch networking solutions, including wireless access, wired access, WAN, indoor location, and NAC.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and relatable messaging.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Minimum Salary: $240,000.00

Maximum Salary:$345,000.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $240,000.00 and $345,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
