Our Global Realty team is looking to hire an analytical, technically skilled Program Manager to drive innovation and execution in our network. The Global Realty PMO is responsible for establishing and maintaining standardized processes, data governance, and supporting tools for managing the global realty portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
Process Improvement
- Own and drive process mapping, assessment, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Lead development of process documentation, including SOPs, RACIs, and workback schedules
- Support program documentation with data analysis and process framework development
Data Management & Visualization
- Serve as data steward, defining and managing rules for data quality
- Owns the requirement for dashboards and insightful reporting solutions
Systems & Tools
- Map and document process changes related to new tool launches or modifications
- Develop and deliver training on process changes due to system updates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in PMO or similar Program Management role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Quicksight)
- Data mining experience (SQL, Python, or R)
- Real Estate Transactions, Asset Management, or Lease Administration experience
- Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
