The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 66,600 - 105,100. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.

The mission of the Knowledge and Enablement team is to deliver access to meaningful training and knowledge resources our teams need to do their jobs. As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Knowledge and Enablement, Senior Advisor will play a key role in providing support to the successful delivery of global projects and fulfilling training and knowledge management needs for stakeholders across the organization.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Business Partnering & Consultation:
- Supporting training and knowledge needs for functions within Transformation and Change Delivery (TCD) and Operations (Middle Office and Enterprise Shared Services) by addressing user queries across the globe.
- Leading process mining exercises to drive clarity and understanding of global operations through job shadowing, processing accounts, and creating/maintaining process manuals as knowledge assets.
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset to identify where efficiencies in current processes can be made and subsequently communicated across the network. These tasks are performed in collaboration with Senior Consultants and Leads.
- Project Management:
- Leading the execution of training and knowledge projects by serving as a project manager, learning about new tools where needed, and creating required training/knowledge assets.
- Engaging in active collaboration with the stakeholders to ensure that the deliverables meet their expectations.
- Content Creation:
- Creating course materials (manuals, presentations, eLearning, etc.) and teaching aids that support content delivery and assessment (in different languages, if possible), in collaboration with the Support team. This may include:
- Revising, modifying, and updating training materials & eLearning assets
- Creating eLearning assets using tools like Camtasia, Audacity, etc.
- Leading the execution of the knowledge management strategy with a key focus on improving access to knowledge resources with new tech solutions
- Co-Trainings / Trainings:
- Providing thought leadership and guidance on the development of learning curriculum to support identified training needs
- Overseeing the planning, organizing, and execution of blended (virtual and classroom) training sessions
- Ensuring a high-quality learner experience
- Adapting and revising learning content to incorporate / implement suggested changes from live sessions when applicable
- Cross-training and Team Development:
- Cross training other trainers by sharing knowledge on various tools and soft skills needed for facilitating a high-quality learner experience

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry
- In depth understanding of any of the core tools like GENIUS, GISMO, theframe, WINS, etc.
- Good understanding of Commercial Insurance & Reinsurance market
- Proven professional working experience as a trainer and conducting sessions in classroom or virtual environment or hybrid
- Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, and training techniques
- Excellent facilitation, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to support the stakeholders in various time zones and to be able to change priorities on a short notice
- Learning enthusiast, self-motivated, highly organized, and self-supported
- In depth knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams is imperative
- Proficiency in English language is essential. Other language skills are beneficial.
- Certification in Training / Facilitation will be preferred
