Lead Technical Product Owner
This is a virtual role for either Central / Easter time zones.
Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Interfaces with clients to define and document requirements for a named set of custom developed or vendor software products. Creates documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description PowerPoint decks, user guides, process flows, and wireframes. Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs. Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Engagement Manager to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.
10+ years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles.
8+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst or System Analysis experience.
Expertise with backlog management using Azure Devops (ADO).
2+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software development, programming languages, databases, and relevant technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to identify and solve technical problems and challenges.
Ability to prioritize tasks and features based on value and feasibility.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities.
Ability to guide and influence technical teams.
