The US Prime marketing team is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Marketing Manager to spearhead Campaign and Creative management for the US Prime Channel Marketing team. This role is crucial in maximizing the perceived value of Prime membership by ensuring our members are aware of and fully utilize the benefits most relevant to their unique needs and interests.

Key job responsibilities
\tDrive comprehensive campaign strategy from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency
\tOwn the creative development process including brief writing, creative reviews, and final approvals
\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, managing both deliverables and budgets
\tOptimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and A/B testing in partnership with channel owner
\tLead creative innovation for Prime's most visible marketing initiatives
\tOversee resource allocation and creative production timelines
\tScale successful creative approaches across channels while testing new formats and messaging
\tImplement tech solutions to streamline workflows and amplify team productivity

A day in the life

Your day begins with reviewing campaign performance metrics and aligning priorities with your team. You spend the morning crafting creative briefs and leading review sessions with our agency partners, ensuring our campaigns maintain creative excellence while staying true to our brand identity. Throughout the day, you collaborate with channel owners to analyze A/B testing results and optimize our creative performance across platforms. The afternoons often involve brainstorming innovative approaches for Prime's high-visibility marketing initiatives and meeting with stakeholders to oversee resource allocation and production timelines. You regularly check in with our creative agencies to manage deliverables and budgets, while continuously looking for opportunities to scale successful creative approaches across different channels. Lastly, you leverage tech solutions to streamline workflows and amplify team productivity, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

- Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
