Position Summary:
Are you an experienced critical care or hospital nurse looking to transition into a leadership role with a healthier work-life balance? As a RN Clinical Manager at Alliance Homecare, you will leverage your advanced clinical expertise in a supportive, team-driven environment-without the demanding nature of hospital shifts.

This role allows you to apply your ICU, ER, or acute care skills in a home setting while leading a dedicated nursing team. You'll ensure excellence in clinical care, foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, and play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional home care services-all while maintaining a structured schedule that prioritizes both professional growth and personal well-being.

With a hybrid schedule-working in-person Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays-you'll have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and compliance with state regulations.
  • Manage client care tasks, caregiver orientations, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct training and competency evaluations for RNs, LPNs, and HHAs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve care-related issues.
  • Apply clinical judgment to complex cases, prioritizing effective patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required.
  • At least 2 years of Critical Care or hospital-based experience (ICU, ER, or acute care) strongly preferred.
  • Home care experience highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding a clinical team.
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in New York State.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-profile clients.
  • Proficiency in secure online charting systems and meticulous documentation practices.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and foster a positive, supportive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year
