OPPORTUNITY TO DRIVE CHANGE: PROGRAM MANAGER, OPERATIONS INTEGRATION

Join Us as a Program Manager II, Operations Integration. Be at the heart of how CXO (Customer Experience Operations) evolves across 540+ locations . In this high-impact role, you'll lead the integration and optimization of CXO programs into operational environments, driving scalable, efficient solutions while preserving resources.
What You'll Drive :
Seamless integration of CXO programs into core operations.
Optimization, standardization, and centralization of processes to enhance field efficiency
Development of scalable in-house tools to improve field performance and support operational scaling
Alignment across stakeholders through structured documentation and change management

Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement processes that reduce variance and increase consistency across field and centralized operations
Own end-to-end program integration from prioritization, scoping, and planning to post-launch support
Develop and identify tools to automate tasks and simplify workflows
Collaborate with tech, safety, learning, and other teams to optimize, centralize processes and define success metrics
Monitor program health and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvements
Act as the primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability
Operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment, proactively identifying business challenges, automation opportunities, and scaling factors
Take a hands-on approach to achieve business goals with an ownership mindset

What You'll Need :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field
3+ years of experience in program or project management
2+ years in operational process improvement or 3+ years in operations
Strong project ownership from initiation to post-implementation support
Analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Clear, effective written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams and leadership
Experience documenting detailed SOPs and building repeatable workflows and tools
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, data modeling)
Ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :
Advanced Excel proficiency (including Macros and VBA)
Intermediate SQL knowledge (joins, indexing, stored procedures)
Experience in automation and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Familiarity with BI tools (QuickSite, Tableau, Power BI)
3+ years of leadership experience in developing and mentoring others.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
