About This Role
The Client Partner will be a key leader in expanding Slalom's presence in Nashville, driving growth in the manufacturing industry.
In this role, you will build trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients, gaining a deep understanding of their strategies and objectives. Your responsibilities will center on representing Slalom's technical services at assigned accounts-helping to set strategic direction, deliver solutions, lead and coach teams, drive new sales, and manage accounts.
The ideal candidate brings consulting experience in professional services, with a strong blend of delivery expertise, business development skills, and industry acumen.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is 161,000 to 258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding engagements from strategy to delivery.
- Grow and enhance Slalom's presence within the manufacturing sector.
- Lead business development efforts, including crafting proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and leveraging subject matter expertise to secure new opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to align Slalom's capabilities with their business and technology plans.
- Assume revenue responsibilities and maintain a utilization target.
- Identify and implement growth strategies that broaden Slalom's offerings across various sectors.
- Oversee project delivery and execution, ensuring high-quality results and strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and emerging business needs across manufacturing and related sectors.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, providing leadership and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in consulting within a professional services environment, strongly focused on client engagement, delivery, and business development.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated account and revenue management skills, with a proven track record of selling and expanding consulting engagements.
- Experience in leading program and project management efforts, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
- Previous responsibilities in P&L and revenue generation, with a solid understanding of financial and operational levers in consulting.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor consultants within project teams.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making, prioritising client satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Established industry relationships in Nashville are a plus.
