Our pipeline also includes IM-1617, IM-1335, and IM-1340, all of which are preclinical ADCs pursuing undisclosed targets with expression in multiple solid tumors.
Position Overview
The Senior Director of Marketing role offers a prime opportunity for an experienced, driven, and innovative leader with a proven track record in marketing new oncology therapies in competitive landscapes. This position will develop the US & Global launch strategy for varegacestat during its pre-topline data release phase, prepare for the launch of varegacestat, and work cross-functionally to drive the early pipeline. This pivotal position is responsible for the development of marketing strategy and execution for Immunome; broad leadership provided by this role will shape the future of the company.

Responsibilities

- Lead key marketing including Marketing Research, Consumer & HCP marketing, marketing strategy.
- Lead strategy decision-making for value pricing and contracting recommendations to ensure access of varegacestat at launch.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance and other functions to ensure plans maximize brand value.
Drive decision-making for the pipeline:
- Partner with clinical development to provide commercial input on development strategies for the pipeline and commercial aspects clinical development.
- Lead commercial assessments and business case development for clinical investment decisions including analysis of current and future treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, unmet needs, product positioning, and overall commercial potential.
- Partner with Business Development in assessment of in-licensing / partnership opportunities and provide commercial perspective on BD opportunities
Partner closely with research, development, medical and other functions to help prepare Immunome to become a commercial stage company:
- Develop the competitive intelligence function for Immunome across both solid tumor and hematology.
- Create vendor relationships with key vendors ahead of topline data for varegacestat.
- Lead the development of end-to-end customer experience dashboards, KPIs and Goals.
- Leads data and analytics product development, and ongoing delivery of data driven insights in support of end-to-end consumer journey strategies.
- Prepare content for key stakeholders - Executive committee, board of directors etc.
- Engage with customers and patients regularly and at medical conferences.
- Develop material used in medical conferences for Immunome and eventually our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or an advanced science degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry; Oncology experience a must.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oncology Marketing; US and Global experience preferred.
- Technical and functional expertise in market research, forecasting, and analytics.
- At least one formal role in strategic marketing (e.g. New Product Planning, Commercial Development, Marketing Strategy).
- Must have held a role in Market Research.
Knowledge and Skills
- Expertise in executing a successful US Oncology drug launch.
- Proven track record of identifying customer needs and extracting and translating key insights into meaningful strategies and tactics.
- Demonstrated success developing, executing and measuring complex marketing programs and championing innovative solutions.
- Hands on experience leading commercial assessments and investment decisions.
- Demonstrated cross functional teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Agile and adaptable with a growth mindset.
