IT Contract Analyst

Piper Companies is looking for an IT Contract Analyst to join a hospital system and healthcare company. This is based in Columbia, MD but mostly a remote job. Needs someone within a drivable range for occasional onsite meetings.

Essential Duties of the IT Contract Analyst:

• Manage end-to-end healthcare IT contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and monitoring vendor agreements.
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository for healthcare IT contracts and related documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, finance, and procurement teams, to align contracts with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis on IT contract performance, vendor reliability, and cost efficiencies.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to generate actionable insights and benchmarking for IT procurement and operational strategies.

Qualifications of the IT Contract Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, and administration.
• Should have experience with IT oriented contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation for the IT Contract Analyst:

• $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
• Great remote flexibility
