Role Overview:

BoxPower seeks a highly motivated and talented Chief of Staff to support our executive team in a fast-paced, startup environment. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for someone with a strong aptitude for learning, a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

- Manage executive communications, schedules, and travel plans, while also preparing and formatting internal and external communication materials such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

- Supporting management of departmental and grant budgets: ensuring that labor hours are accurately reported, and are consistent with internal financial budgets and projections

- Oversee and support strategic business and sales initiatives by conducting market research, identifying key stakeholders, and facilitating networking and outreach to drive business strategy and operational planning.

- Support CFO in creation of lender and investor reporting materials.

- Support Series B fundraising process with data room management, pipeline management, and research.

- Manage leadership meeting agendas and creation of company and board presentations.

- Serve as a critical link between senior management and other teams to enhance organizational communication efficiency. Manage strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under senior leadership guidance.

- Organize internal events in collaboration with HR to foster team building, company culture, and positive work experience for both in-person and remote employees

- Draft internal company updates and memos to keep teams informed of current priorities, focus areas, and issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university; all majors are encouraged to apply.

- Knowledge or experience in the energy sector is preferred but not required.

- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

- Advanced presentation skills (verbal, written, digital).

- Robust analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.

- Superior communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse audiences.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to new technologies.

- Proactive, driven, and ready to embrace challenges in a dynamic environment.
