Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years experience in advertising, marketing, marketing communications or related field.
Capacity to learn the healthcare market and its products.
Experience with digital and social media communications programs.
Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; ability to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; ability to deliver messaging effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience in developing and managing a budget, soliciting vendor proposals and cost estimates, and tracking and managing costs with vendors.
English fluency in both written and verbal communications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support global marketing communications for GEHC Ultrasound and responsible for developing messaging and content, including but limited to new product introductions, digital marketing, collateral creation, advertising and exhibits/event support including digital and traditional communications assets and programs. Candidate will work closely with global and regional marketing and product management leaders to contribute to and execute marketing strategies for key products, regions and/or program. Role includes:
Executing MarComm strategies, messages and content from complex marketing objectives, team feedback and clinical content.
Managing Marketing Communications plan, including managing outside vendors, tracking progress of programs, reporting results to marketing, and tying programs to key business metrics.
Ensuring adherence to corporate branding and integrating corporate guidelines into MarComm programs.
Integrating GE Public Relations and Internal Communications into planning as appropriate.
Balancing and synthesizing global and regional needs
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; ability to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; ability to deliver messaging effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience in developing and managing a budget, soliciting vendor proposals and cost estimates, and tracking and managing costs with vendors.
Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000 a year
