Responsibilities
  • Sell various digital radio/audio products based on available products and internal policies;
  • Call on customers and agencies to propose comprehensive and innovative digital radio/audio plans;
  • Carry out renewals for current customers/advertisers;
  • Acquire new customers;
  • Provide optimal customer service from initial customer contact to post-mortem;
  • Develop a detailed annual business plan to achieve objectives for their sales territory;
  • Attend customer events when required;
  • Promote the use of various research results to maximize sales opportunities and stand out from the competition;
  • Be able to work closely with their multiplatform team.
Comptences et exigences
  • 5 years of advertising sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years with advertising agencies;
  • Strong media knowledge and good media analysis skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or equivalent;
  • Strong business development and innovative solutions skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and capable of working on multiple files at the same time;
  • Negotiation and customer service skills;
  • Able to make media presentations to high-level experienced listeners;
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills and sense of initiative;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365;
  • Dynamism, enthusiasm, motivation and confidence;
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
