The Director, NetSuite drives strategic technology initiatives across NetSuite, HR and payroll expense management systems. This role leads ongoing NetSuite support activities and drives strategic initiatives. The Director, NetSuite performs both as a senior level individual contributor and as a team leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages a team of technology professionals focused on NetSuite support across the Enterprise
  • Creates and maintains a dedicated enhancements roadmap supporting business needs by maximizing NetSuite capabilities in partnership with key leadership stakeholders
  • Assists with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and support for optimal usage within NetSuite and related systems
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge and documentation of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations, and proactively identifies opportunities for process and workflow improvements
  • Challenges the status-quo of existing business process & system solutions, proposes improvement opportunities, and escalates conflicting perspectives to leadership
  • Works closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and external partners to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timeline for new initiatives
  • Liaises with vendors to define support needs, rules of engagement between the organizations, and functional/technical specifications of need requests

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • At least 7 years' experience with NetSuite work, including integrations, support, and reporting required
  • Proven track record of effective people management including coaching, motivating and development planning in a multicultural environment required
  • Experience with enterprise procure to pay, order to cash, record to report flows, implementation on ERP including account reconciliation and FP&A reporting required
  • Professional services industry and/or commission-based workflow understanding preferred
  • Strong understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) scripting applicability as applied to accounting, taxes, approval workflows, and integrations required
  • Certification in ERP or project management preferred

Location: In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements: 25% travel (e.g. 25% travel to differing locations, 75% of the time working from an office)
