Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Civil/Transportation Engineer with a minimum 7 years of experience with civil engineering experience on transportation projects. This position will provide the opportunity for you to partner with diverse clients on projects that are transforming and improving our communities. This rewarding career opportunity provides you the chance to lead and manage project teams and imagine and design solutions that are realized, from active multi-modal roadways and trails to new and improved transit systems, to fish passage projects and stormwater quality treatment systems, to the vital utility infrastructure that keeps our communities healthy, sustainable and thriving.

Compensation:
The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate is $105,000 - $150,000 annually.

- Lead planning, design and construction support on stimulating projects
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget
- Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome
- Grow our practice in the Inland NW
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- A minimum of 7 years of civil engineering experience
- PE in Washington State or the ability to obtain via reciprocity
- AutoCAD, Civil3D proficiency is required, bonus points for MicroStation and OpenRoads (InRoads, GEOPAK)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Leadership aptitude
- Task or project management experience preferred
Additional Information
Physical Demands:
- Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.
- Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
- Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking, standing, kneeling, or navigating uneven terrain.
- Traveling to project sites or client meetings, which may involve driving or flying.
Compensation:
