$258,950/year to $283,030/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Program Manager, Performance Responsibilities
- Globally responsible for Meta's performance evaluation program, focusing on: feedback products, guidelines, culture, and practices.
- Redesign Meta's feedback culture, anchored in the performance evaluation internal system, optimizing for fairness and efficiency.
- Manage cross-functional partners to create program guidelines and develop internal products accordingly.
- Conduct ongoing research (interviews and focus groups) to understand, analyze, and evolve the overall performance experience.
- Engage teams and stakeholders for project and program awareness, as well as for product launches and collaboration opportunities.
- Partner with Diversity & Inclusion to drive consistency in how we evaluate performance across Meta's entities.
- Partner with People Engineering to develop products, which support the overall performance experience.
- Partner with HRBPs and executives on various roll-outs, and take charge of the oversight management, and implementation of the new changes to the current processes.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training and program changes and updates to Meta's c-suite and extend leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Also requires 8 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include at least 4 years in the following:
- 1. Developing proactive measurement strategies for programs.
- 2. Designing inclusive program approaches to inform prototypes.
- 3. Influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
- 4. Oversee product development to enable program design prototypes.
- 5. Develop change management strategies for programs.
- 6. Provide consultation on trainings and development programs to support performance management.
- 7. Prioritize program and product roadmaps.
- 8. Building long-term strategy documents to inform short and medium-term program design.
