Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- The OmniChannel Platform Application Architecture team is looking for a Technical Architect who is passionate about the Telecommunication industry and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of OmniChannel OCE (Order Capture Engine) domain application in support of the customer and employee experience across our consumer distribution channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree
- Scalable, performant system design.
- SLQ/NoSQL expertise
- Cloud & Containers
- Cost/Benefit Analysis for solution, priority
- Ability to juggle, prioritize.
- Must possess strong technical background; must have experience with large cross-organizational software development projects and have a well-rounded technical background in current cloud technologies.
