We are hiring for an experienced team player & impactful BCBA to join our team! We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join our team of BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs. We are a multi-disciplinary company that provides all of the above services as part of our clients' treatment. Our Roswell location is state of the art with a 1600 square foot gym, and spacious treatment rooms with full view of RBTs and patients to improve outcomes in supervision. TLC boasts a strong administrative team to support our professionals.

We utilize a variety of assessment tools from the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, to PEAK. Most (98%) of the clients in the Roswell location are scheduled for in clinic services only to maximize treatment in our clinical setting.

Our pay scale for both BCBAs and RBTs is competitive and our turnover rate is very low. We are looking for someone who can lead a small team of RBTs to provide high quality service at our Roswell clinic.

The BCBA hired for this position will be responsible for conducting assessments with new clients, setting up ABA programs, supervising RBTs, and providing family training in a clinic with a maximum of 7 full time early intervention patients.

BCBA Qualifications:
Must possess a BCBA certification
Work well on a team that is fun, engaging, energetic and collaborative
Able to work as a team with school personnel in a collaborative manner
Must be a team player, as we strive on team collaboration
Strong organizational skills and leadership skills

Position Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Conduct intake evaluations and reevaluations.
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each individual client.
Train new team members and attend on-going trainings
Conduct parent trainings bimonthly
Provide weekly supervision to RBT's and collaborate with other BCBAs.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30/8:00-4:00/9:00-5:00 pm (alternate days and flexible with other BCBAs)

23 days of PTO per year-10 vacation days, 10 paid holidays, 3 sick days

Education
  • Master's (REQUIRED)

License/ Certification
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certificate (BCBA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
