We are presently seeking an Ethics & Compliance Program Manager who will work out of our corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the VP & Deputy General Counsel, the Ethics & Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing Excelitas' global Ethics & Compliance program. This role involves building training and awareness campaigns, monitoring laws, creating or revising policies and procedures, and implementing data analytics. The Ethics & Compliance Program Manager will also oversee the Ethics & Compliance Helpline and investigation program, ensuring that concerns are assigned, investigated, and documented consistently and properly.

We are presently seeking an Ethics & Compliance Program Manager who will work out of our corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the VP & Deputy General Counsel, the Ethics & Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing Excelitas' global Ethics & Compliance program. This role involves building training and awareness campaigns, monitoring laws, creating or revising policies and procedures, and implementing data analytics. The Ethics & Compliance Program Manager will also oversee the Ethics & Compliance Helpline and investigation program, ensuring that concerns are assigned, investigated, and documented consistently and properly.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the global Ethics & Compliance program, including as related to the Excelitas Code of Conduct, global anti-corruption and anti-bribery program, and third-party due diligence;
- Drive employee engagement and awareness campaigns, including assisting with the development and delivery of training on a broad range of Ethics & Compliance risk topics;
- Manage the Ethics & Compliance investigation program, including overseeing the Helpline, triaging reports and inquiries, conducting or directing investigations, and managing the case management database;
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, and other subject matter experts to ensure concerns are assigned, investigated, and documented consistently and properly;
- Monitor relevant laws and regulations, and update company policies and procedures as necessary;
- Conduct and/or assist in compliance risk assessments;
- Implement data analytics to support compliance initiatives; create reporting on relevant metrics for executive leaders and the Excelitas Audit Committee of the Board.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CFE) preferred;
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, preferably in a global organization;
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while working independently to achieve program goals in close coordination with functions within the organization;
- Experience handling Ethics & Compliance investigations and supporting the development of relevant policies and processes;
- Experience in learning management systems and developing and implementing global compliance training and communication programs;
- Excellent analytical capabilities, as demonstrated by strong written, oral and presentation skills;
- Strong project management experience and organizational skills;
- Continuous improvement mind-set and disposition is critical.
