Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule, and technical issues. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of development programs for the Space business
  • Team leadership of complex electronics system development
  • Project planning and execution
  • Customer interface and communication
  • Analysis and management of project cost and schedule performance
  • Risk and Opportunity management
  • Technical team leadership and coordination
  • Project oversight and coordination
  • Budget/schedule responsibility
  • Proposal/pursuit support and technical leadership
  • Interaction and working with customer teams to develop winning solutions
  • Interface with the Integrated Supply Chain to meet program deliverables
  • Managing short term activities and actions
  • Taking action and escalating to leadership to resolve issues


Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Aerospace Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry
  • 5+ years of experience in project engineering
  • Must be able and willing to obtain a US DoD Secret Clearance
