Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multi-family and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong background in project management and a thorough understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct regular project meetings to address issues and provide updates.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in multi-family and data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Experience with High Rise, Mid Rise, hotels, Tower Site Development, and Commercial Construction is a plus.
• Familiarity with Distribution Lines, Concrete, Estimator, Industrial Construction, and Commercial Construction Management is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Blue Beam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
