As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the dealership, ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of financing options, credit approval processes, and dealership operations.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering teamwork.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, dealership operations, and financial regulations.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

- Sitting for periods while handling contracts, completing paperwork, or working on a computer.
- Frequently walking throughout the dealership and lot to show vehicles, check inventory, or meet customers.
- Standing for extended periods while assisting customers or participating in sales events.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying promotional materials, paperwork, or vehicle accessories, usually under 20-30 pounds.
- Bending, reaching, or stooping to retrieve items or inspect vehicles (e.g., checking tires or interior).
- Working outdoors while showing vehicles on the lot, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, or snow.
Work Environment
- Working in a bright, clean, and professional showroom where vehicles are displayed.
- Spending time outside showing vehicles, walking the lot with customers, and moving inventory.
- Joining customers on test drives, which may involve driving on nearby roads or highways.
- Schedule can vary based on dealership hours and sales events. Schedule often includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for car shopping.
- Typical dealership sounds include conversations, phones ringing, and occasional vehicle noise from test drives or nearby service departments.
