As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Communications Officer/VP for planning and overseeing communication strategies that promote Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare's culture initiatives, mission, and vision.
The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for:
- Directs all Marketing & Communications Department and Guest Services Department.
- Completes program development projects of quantitative and qualitative natures, under the direction of the CCO/VP.
- Monitors, researches, analyzes, prepares, and presents written and verbal reports on internal, environmental, and strategic topics identified by senior managers as service line and marketing performance determinants.
- Works collaboratively with physician leaders, senior managers, and outside organizations to identify, communicate, and assist in implementing program initiatives proactively.

- PR/Communications Strategist
- PR/Sr Comm Strategist
- Marketing Recruitment Strategist
- Manager, Marketing Communications
- Manager, Internal Communications
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, healthcare administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Five (5) years of relevant job-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience completing strategic projects with a business development, marketing, strategic planning, or hospital operations department.
