JOB SUMMARY
This position is hybrid to our Tulsa, OK office.
Job Profile Summary

Responsible for development, implementation, administration and oversight of compensation plans and programs and related activities including job analysis and evaluation; market surveys and analyses; compensation strategies; governmental compliance; and pay policies and procedures.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, implementation and administration of the company's compensation philosophy, plans and programs.
  • Direct development and growth of the team through guidance and feedback.
  • Monitor trends in the market to understand opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to explore, identify and implement change as needed to stay competitive and meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Develop processes for creating, reviewing and updating job descriptions to ensure we have accurate information for compliance and relevant market data.
  • Oversee survey participation, from determining which surveys to participate in, to preparation, submission and analysis of survey results.
  • Oversee the annual review and validation of survey results, development of base pay guidelines and analysis and recommendation of short- and long-term incentive targets.
  • Oversee the review and selection of third party vendors and the implementation and maintenance of compensation management systems, including the survey management tool, job description tool and Human Capital Management (HCM) compensation specific configurations and testing.
  • Educate and advise leaders on company's compensation philosophy, compensation policies and procedures, and use of manager HCM applications to build and execute base pay changes and incentive recommendations.
  • Develop communications for employees and leaders specific to compensation plans and programs.
  • Represent the company in industry round table groups and on related steering committees.


Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resource management, business administration, related field, or a combination of formal education and the following job related experience


Work Experience
  • This role typically requires three or more years of experience leading various human resource functions.
  • Experience leading a team of employees, including guiding and directing day-to-day activities, providing feedback and developmental opportunities.
  • Experience researching, compiling, reconciling and analyzing data and preparing recommendations.
  • Experience researching, developing and preparing information, questionnaires, communications, policies and procedures, proposals and correspondence.

  • Knowledge of: company organizational structure, department functions and business goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of: compensation systems, i.e. Human Capital Management systems, job description and survey analysis tools.

  • Skills in: using a computer and relevant applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams).
  • Ability to: maintaining confidentiality.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred

$126,000.00 - $188,000.00
