Description
The System Administrator will support a small development team with the management and sustainment of a United States Intelligence community (USIC) mission capability. Requires a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with the development team, capabilities providers, and mission customers to migrate existing application and services off legacy hardware and onto enterprise compute frameworks.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Ten (10) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five additional (5) years of SA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required skills:
- Provide support for implementation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Experience in design, installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and services for USIC customer
- Experience in management of virtual and cloud environments
- Experience with team collaboration on to deploy, test, monitor and operation applications and services.
- Experience with team collaboration (ISSE/O) to conduct patching and configuration changes required to maintain existing System Security Plans (SSP)
- Proven knowledge and experience with Enterprise Redhat Linux, IT System Operations, Kubernetes, Cloud frameworks and containerization
Desired skills:
- Experience with Sun Sparc & Solaris, and Microsoft Windows applications.
