Responsibilities

The Manager of Finance will partner with the COO and Controller to provide financial leadership and oversight through financial analysis, management, and decision support to operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performs financial analysis and interpretation of assigned line of business to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring timely receipt of financial results, preparing requested operating information, identifying operational trends and financial performance opportunities, preparing analysis and interpretation, proposing solutions, and implementing approved solutions.
Participates in creating annual budgets as well as quarterly forecasting.
Collaborates with Finance and Accounting teams in generating, monitoring, and reporting on budget to actual performance.
Leads and participates in weekly/monthly RVP meetings with Administrators and regional partners.
Facilitates the ongoing learning, well-being, professional satisfaction, and development of Financial Analysts through training, work assignments, increased responsibility, and mentoring.
Maintains a strong understanding of Information System functionality and partners with IT in identifying and implementing functionality that improves analysis and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a Finance/Accounting department for a large hospital, medical group, nursing facility group, and/or healthcare system.

Posted Salary Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $108,000.00 /Yr.
