Position Summary
This position will play a critical role in our business transformation journey which involves optimizing process and migration from legacy systems to enterprise digital systems like MES, LIMS, MAM, QMS.
The Digital & IT Senior Analyst should have hands-on experience with software development, systems/data analysis, solution design and project management. You will play a key role in understanding business need and technical requirements, designing solutions, configuring and implementing digital, IT and data solutions for the division.
Part of your role will also involve supporting & enhancing the production solutions for reliable functional performance by conducting root cause analysis & performing corrective actions by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.

You will play a key role in understanding business need and technical requirements, designing solutions, configuring and implementing digital, IT and data solutions for the division.
Part of your role will also involve supporting & enhancing the production solutions for reliable functional performance by conducting root cause analysis & performing corrective actions by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes on mfg. site, applying this knowledge to digital and data solutions that support and enhance these processes.
- Work with representatives across the division sites to analyze possibilities and implement solutions that improve business value.
- Using technical expertise, perform Vendor/Software evaluation, feasibility checks and propose solutions that align with division, group & enterprise IT strategy
- Responsible for the design and implementation of digital & IT solutions that meet business needs, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and performant, while also managing project constraints and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of data integration processes to ingest, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Manage & support project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to the solution's design, implementation, and operation
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration and buy-in
- Actively participate in Project reviews, facilitate meetings with business partners, and provide updates to leadership on project and work status.
- Collaboration & Coordination with Vendor, division IT, Group IT, COE, and other corporate IT teams (enterprise solution architecture, middleware, security, etc.) to design, configure & implement solutions.
- Develop an ongoing solution maintenance plan and establish/maintain solution's DR & BCP
- Perform data analysis and root cause analysis for production issues and coordinate with development team for resolution, corrective and preventive actions
- Learn and apply continuous improvement techniques and tools (Gemba walk, kaizen, lean six sigma) to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency, drive customer service and reduce costs.
- Lead Change: Persistently move in the face of ambiguity, dilemmas, and resistance to get completion of changes in an organized way; adapts with flexibility to and copes with changing situations while maintaining focus on goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6+ years' experience in Information Technology required
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, learning agility and adaptability; manages time effectively, and actively participates in multiple team projects
Competencies Required:
- Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design & implementation of manufacturing IT solutions (MES, LIMS, SCADA, IoT, Data Historian)
- Knowledge of Data Architecture and IT/OT integration patterns, including hands-on experience with technologies such as SQL, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation in manufacturing environments.
- Solution Architecture: Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the manufacturing sector
- Technical Design: Strong experience in creating technical design documents and diagrams. Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Software Engineering: Proficiency in software engineering principles and practices
- API Integration: Hands-on experience with API integration and automation tools. Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Network and IT Infrastructure: knowledge of network and IT infrastructure
- Practical experience in project Management - Agile and Waterfall
Optional Skills:
- SAP S4HANA experience
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in Mfg. sector
- Security: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
