Job Description:

- Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of the surgical staff.
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including setting up surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure that all instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
- Work closely with surgeons and other surgical staff to ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge in medical terminology and surgical technology.
- Exhibit exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail during procedures.
- Effectively communicate with the surgical team to coordinate patient care.
- Stay updated on new surgical techniques and technologies.
