Physical Therapist (Clinic Manager) Illinois Bone and Joint

IBJI Algonquin is looking for a Physical Therapist Facility Manager who fosters a positive work environment and stewards financial success. This opportunity will allow for the new Manager to set the culture of this stand alone clinic scheduled to open in August 2025. Enjoy a primarily orthopedic caseload, where Physical Therapists have support to allow them to concentrate on their patients. You will work with a Regional Manager who will partner with you in your goals and successes.

The position is under the general direction of the Director of Rehab. The main focus of the position is to oversee the successful operations at individual rehabilitation centers while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with the physicians and staff of the medical group.

Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Patient Care
  • Directs Daily Practice management of Facility
  • Assists in professional development of all Clinical and non-clinical staff members
  • Coordinates communication between all Divisions of IBJI, including physicians
  • Responsible for Annual Merit as well as Bonus reviews
  • Maintains good relations with Medical, MRI, and Corporate division of IBJI
  • Guides internal marketing efforts and "cross clinic" marketing
  • Sustains QA and HIPPAA compliance as provided by Corporate
  • Sustains Documentation and Clinical Compliance standards set by IBJI corporate
  • Oversees quality of care provided to patients in the clinic
  • Assists in staffing and hiring initiatives and promoting low staff turnover
  • Provides input to Regional Manger for Budgeting and fiscal health of clinic
  • Monitors clinic employee time off, supply ordering, Capital expenses, and general utilization in clinic to improve all aspects of Service Delivery
  • Works with Patient Services Manager on site to maintain high customer service goals within the administrative aspect of the site to promote a positive patient experience
  • Good understanding Supply management within clinic
  • Good understanding of Outcomes management in clinic
  • Promotes teamwork atmosphere through appropriate interpersonal relationship with all staff levels.
  • Follows the established guidelines of the physical therapist job description in relationship to direct patient care.
  • Able to maintain 80-90% productivity in terms of patient volume, etc in addition to dedicated duties and responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited Physical, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapist Assistant Program
  • Professional and Effective Communication skills
  • Current CPR certified
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds
  • Demonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing
  • Ability to be stand and sit for sequences of time greater than 30 minutes
  • Ability to work on a computer for lengthy times during the day

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience. Salary Description

$85,000 - $105,000 yearly
