Job Description

As a Senior Operations Program you will lead the operations scope of work managing the Aperture Integrated Program Team. In order to accomplish this, you will be the liaison from the program office to the operations community. You will be responsible for cost and schedule of the operations scope. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader to drive execution, highlight and resolve potential problems.

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Required Skills and Education

The right candidate would have experience in:
  • Defense contacting environments
  • Cost
  • Schedule and risk management
  • Bringing hardware designs to life from early in the design cycle to full rate transition to production.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
