Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead high-profile construction projects, specifically in the multi-family sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing a team of professionals and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership, motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones.
• Oversee full project life cycle from initiation to deployment for major and minor initiatives.
• Ensure projects align with strategic objectives and report on success criteria, metrics, and activities.
• Prepare estimates, detailed project plans, and procure resources to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members, ensuring continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change.
• Experience with budget management and vendor contract negotiations.
• Successful track record in leading projects to timely, on-budget completion.
• Proficient with software programs like Microsoft Office and Procore.
