Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and driven Civil Engineer with expertise in Civil Site and Municipal Design using Civil 3D. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of civil engineering projects with an emphasis on municipal infrastructure and site development. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Experience with federally funded projects is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Support various civil engineering projects, including but not limited to:
Site & Municipal Design:
  • Stormwater management and detention design.
  • Hydraulics and hydrology modeling.
  • Storm sewer design and underground utilities layout.
  • Grading, earthwork, and quantity takeoffs.
  • Site geometry planning.
  • Preparation of construction specifications and technical details.
  • Report preparation and technical documentation.

Transportation & Infrastructure Design:
  • Roadway and intersection design.
  • Sidewalk and corridor development.
  • Conceptual planning and layout for transportation projects.

Project & Team Support:
  • Contribute to a variety of civil engineering projects across disciplines.
  • ssist with budget tracking and schedule management.
  • Lead internal and external project meetings.
  • Prepare and coordinate plan sets with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of professional civil engineering experience.
  • Experience with federally funded projects (preferred).
  • P.E. license (preferred but not required).


Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
