The AI Transformation Consultant plays a pivotal role in helping clients reimagine their document processes using AI-powered automation. This role is focused on business transformation, process optimization, and change management, ensuring customers achieve real, measurable value from KnowledgeLake's platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leading them through workflow redesign, automation adoption, and operational change management - bridging the gap between pre-sales, solution design, and successful implementation. This role is not just about project execution - it is about guiding clients through a strategic transformation that enables them to maximize AI's impact on their business, delivering quick time-to-value and long-term operational efficiency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-Powered Process Transformation & Change Management
- Partner with customers to re-engineer document-driven workflows for automation, optimizing the usage of the KnowledgeLake platform, and process efficiency.
- Facilitate AI adoption strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities.
- Develop AI-readiness assessments, process optimization roadmaps, and digital transformation frameworks to ensure successful change management.
- Lead stakeholder alignment discussions to secure executive buy-in and remove roadblocks to platform adoption.
- Define and track transformation success metrics, such as reducing manual document handling, increasing automation rates, and improving process cycle times.
Presales Support & Solution Design
- Engage with customers in early sales cycles to assess their transformation readiness and define strategic objectives.
- Lead executive workshops and discovery sessions to define the future-state process vision with AI-powered automation.
- Craft automation and workflow strategies that align KnowledgeLake's platform capabilities with customer goals.
- Support pre-sales efforts by demonstrating how AI and automation deliver tangible, measurable value.
AI Transformation Execution & Customer Success
- Guide customers through transformation execution, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Coach internal client teams and champions to drive AI adoption and long-term success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Client Success) to ensure automation solutions maximize business impact.
- Drive continuous iteration on automation strategies, ensuring customers refine and expand their automation initiatives over time.
Executive Engagement & Long-Term Partnership Development
- Build long-term executive relationships focused on strategic automation expansion.
- Conduct executive-level briefings and impact reviews, quantifying ROI and business performance improvements.
- Position KnowledgeLake as a long-term automation partner, helping customers continually expand and refine their strategy as the platform evolves.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure that customer requirements are well understood and effectively implemented.
- Feedback for Innovation: Provide valuable insights and feedback from client engagements to influence future product enhancements and process improvements.
- Documentation & Communication: Develop comprehensive business and technical documentation to support solution implementations and facilitate smooth knowledge transfer across teams.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Change, Management Consulting, or a related field.
Experience
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years in management consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, process automation, and/or AI adoption.
- Proven ability to guide clients through operational change and process transformation.
Skills/Abilities
- Strong consultative approach - comfortable advising customers at both operational and executive levels.
- Deep understanding of process automation, AI-driven transformation, and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, or Design Thinking).
- Exceptional facilitation and workshop leadership skills - comfortable leading discovery sessions and executive briefings.
- Experience or desire to drive AI adoption and automation strategies in complex business environments.
- Proficiency in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), with a strong emphasis on business outcomes.
