Program Manager
Premier Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Program Manager responsible for establishing and maintaining the program/resourcing procedures and requirements in support of DoD organization policy portfolio. This includes tracking suspense's, staffing packages, resolving/deconflicting issues and/or coordinating actions with both internal and external customers in support of the Department of Defense.

This includes tracking suspense's, staffing packages, resolving/deconflicting issues and/or coordinating actions with both internal and external customers in support of the Department of Defense.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Program Manager responsibilities include providing analytical, administrative, programmatic, and management support services to various organizations within the Department of Defense.
- Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this contract.
- Maintain records and provide overall charges and by office and by each individual for any and all costs associated with those efforts.
- Ensure all contractor personnel under this requirement are current with all required training.
- Communicate regularly with COR to ensure all requirements are on-track to be met, as well as address issues as needed.
- Tracking suspense's, staffing packages, resolving/de conflicting issues and/or coordinating actions with both internal and external customers.
- Developing briefing materials for and presenting to senior leadership in areas including policy, strategy, oversight functions, and capability gaps.
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of Program Management experience
- Five (5) years of experience performing action officer responsibilities, which includes tracking suspense's, staffing packages, resolving/deconflicting issues and/or coordinating actions with both internal and external customers.
- Five (5) years of experience developing briefing materials for and presenting to senior leadership in areas including policy, strategy, oversight functions, and capability gaps.
Desired/Preferred Qualification:
- Eight (8) years of experience working for senior executives.
Required Clearance:
- Active Top Secret/SCI
