The Wealth Trainer is responsible for providing high levels of support to newly recruited Wealth Services personnel, such as licensed representatives, resource officers and service team managers to help new hires learn and become more proficient with advisor desktop tools. The trainer works in conjunction with a select group of internal product and subject matter experts as required. They will maintain procedure guides, user manuals and other training materials, and update and maintain on CPWM business intranet sites. The Trainer will train on specific subject matter periodically to both sharpen the skills of employees as well as present new systems, processes, procedures and updates. The specialist will work in the capacity of a subject matter expert, assisting former trainees even after training comes to completion. They will also coordinate with subject matter experts across various topics, facilitating adjunct training to include but not limited to Client Onboarding and Maintenance, Brokerage Platforms, Trading, Managed Accounts, Citi Wealth Advisor, Salesforce, Alternate Investments, Financial Planning, Insurance & Annuities, Cash Management and Lending. This position also provides specific support over 3rd party software tools such as NetX360, Salesforce, and other product tools. This position represents these software tools to Wealth Services personnel, internal business areas, as well as ensures the latest versions and product enhancements are identified. This position also provides the necessary technical and product knowledge to help support US Citigold/CPC Teams who are utilizing these tools with Affluent and High-Net worth Clients.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-8 years professional work experience
  • Registered FINRA Series 7, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensing is required for the role - additional licenses 66 or 65 preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires high knowledge level of Brokerage / Wealth Management related knowledge
  • Requires a high degree of accountability, creativity and interpretive thinking
  • Ability to build positive relationships with management, new hires, and field personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$70,720.00 - $106,080.00
