Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) residing in North Carolina ready to build pathways and change the lives of autistic children? We're seeking ambitious, humble, and passionate Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a desire to partner with clients and families to provide therapy to develop skills and build pathways to lead a fulfilling and successful life. What We Offer:
We offer a supportive interdisciplinary approach to autism services where you can provide remote and onsite services by partnering with our BCBA case manager, assessing clinician, and advanced clinical intern to focus on thoughtful clinical decision making, training and supervision of the experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and support and guidance for parents and families of those we serve. Our package for part-time hybrid team members includes predictable work hours, Monday through Friday with scheduled shifts between two (2) and four (4) hours each; daytime and after-school shifts available. Onsite travel to the Raleigh, NC area required up to 25% of the time; no overnights! Hourly compensation between $55.00 - $70.00 / hour, depending on the billable activity, plus holidays and time off benefits. Full-time Hybrid Board Certified Analysts enjoy full-time flexible hours, Monday through Friday, competitive compensation ($90,000 to $120,000), comprehensive healthcare coverage, PTO, holidays, self-care plus volunteer days, continuing education days with stipend, Psychologist led Grand Rounds, and opportunities for advancement. Onsite travel to Raleigh, NC area required up to 25% of the time.

You will utilize your skills to coordinate and collaborate remotely and in-person to provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to team members and families. Using thoughtful clinical decision making, you will review, discuss progress, goals, and documentation with the RBT team and families to ensure the implementation of dynamic treatment plans and top-quality care.

What We're Looking For:
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with at least two (2) years of experience
- North Carolina Behavior Analyst licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience delivering remote ABA services, including RBT training, supervision, and family guidance
