The position involves managing and supporting various systems, gathering user needs, and providing first-level support to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting issues and driving process improvements and have experience using Salesforce and SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our Salesforce CRM, SAP, Five9 phone systems, and Work Force Management
- Proficient in SAP for Replacement Components and Equipment, with extensive knowledge of customer-facing tools
- Assist with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points and goals
- Gather requirements and create/manage User Stories
- Participate in and support related Salesforce projects including User Acceptance Testing
- Document all changes in the Salesforce environment
- Coordinate support tickets for higher level ticketing system
- Effectively triage issues to determine whether they stem from training deficiencies or if they represent actual bugs or enhancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of customer service
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- 1+ year(s) of SAP experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable navigating dynamic environments and adjusting to changing priorities
- Commitment to continuous improvement and optimizing workflows
- Skilled at diagnosing issues, determining root causes, and implementing resolutions
- Clear verbal and written communication to liaise between stakeholders, IT developers, and end-users
