As Art Director, played a key role in shaping and maintaining the brand's visual identity across all channels, from e-commerce to retail. Oversaw a broad range of creative initiatives and collaborated cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Led implementation of the updated brand logo across all internal and external platforms, including digital, social, tags, and packaging.
Directed and executed e-commerce and editorial photoshoots, including lookbooks, JOOR, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Oversaw all marketing emails, Instagram Stories, digital ads, brand decks, and ad hoc creative requests.
Managed the bi-weekly refresh of site creative, including homepage, navigation, and collection pages.
Pulled initial inspiration and developed moodboards to guide campaign and studio shoots in collaboration with the Creative Director.
Created detailed shot lists and visual references to ensure efficient and effective shoot execution.
Served as on-set Art Director for all e-commerce, lookbook, JOOR, and marketing shoots when the Creative Director was unavailable.
Selected imagery for e-commerce and lookbooks; managed the retouching process and worked closely with leadership to finalize hero shots.
Designed all branded print and digital assets, including lookbooks, brand books, style guides, internal decks, and external presentations.
Produced all print materials required for PR initiatives, from concept to final execution.
Conceptualized and executed the seasonal creative direction across all digital and print touchpoints.
Managed imagery retouching and delivery for retail partners, ensuring specifications for size and crop were met.
Oversaw seasonal showroom updates, including lightbox selects and production coordination for NY and LA showrooms.
Designed printed materials needed for market presentations, including signage, flyers, gifting pieces, and lookbooks.
Supported wholesale projects including ATS flyers, event invites, and pitch decks.
Directed and managed all JOOR market shoots and the full post-production process, including image selection and formatting.
Collaborated with the Marketing Director to develop seasonal marketing guides for retail partners, aligning brand and retailer strategies.
Designed digital and print assets for retail events including invitations, signage, and branded materials.
Maintained and updated lightbox imagery in various retail locations on a seasonal basis.
Prepped and spec'd artwork for new logo installations; communicated with producers to ensure accurate execution.
Concepted and directed custom shoots for retail partners like Revolve and Dillard's; managed post-production process through final delivery.
Supervised freelance talent and managed resource allocation as needed to meet production timeline
