We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic Principal Data Architect to shape and lead our technical strategy, a role critical to driving the next phase of growth and innovation within our Data community.If youre a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in building modern real-time data platforms, we want to hear from you!

Youll serve as a technical leader across multiple squads, driving a roadmap that aligns our Data strategy with business needs.Youll ensure teams consistently work towards their OKRs, focusing on scaling our technology to meet evolving demands.

Initially, youll focus on maturing our data pipelines paved path, ensuring we have best-in-class tooling that exceeds the expectations of both technical and business partners.As your impact grows, youll take on more forward-thinking responsibilities, such as designing advanced data architectures, collaborating with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organizations data needs, and ensuring a scalable, future-ready data infrastructure.

What Were Looking For:

  • A technical leader on our most demanding, cross-functional projects
  • Mastery in building solutions that encompass large data sets and scale across the organization
  • Mastery in designing data architectures
  • Mastery in data collecting, streaming, and processing technologies
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, data structures, algorithms, and schema design best practices
  • Experience in designing resilient data pipelines
  • Deep hands-on experience with multiple OO languages
  • Mastery with AWS or equivalent cloud computing platform
  • 12+ years experience or related work experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, Masters degree preferred
