Job DetailsDescriptionResponsibilities
  • Technical planning, design, and construction administration of water/wastewater projects, including collection or distribution systems, lift stations, and treatment facilities
  • Business development, including lead identification and tracking, facilitation of project proposals, and conducting project interviews and presentations
  • Strategic planning, goal management, deliverables execution
  • Versed in executing/managing multi-discipline engineering projects and teams, including architectural, structural, process, mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines
  • Team management; mentoring and teaching junior staff, QA/QC their work
  • Scope, schedule and budget management
Essential Functions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues leading to repeat work with existing clients and winning new clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Well-versed in project management responsibilities (scope, schedule and budget adherence)
Experience
  • 10 years experience executing a variety of water/wastewater engineering projects required
  • MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) required
  • Bluebeam preferred
  • BST or Deltek accounting software preferred
Certifications
  • Licensed Professional Engineerrequired
Education
  • B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related
