Job DetailsDescriptionResponsibilities
- Technical planning, design, and construction administration of water/wastewater projects, including collection or distribution systems, lift stations, and treatment facilities
- Business development, including lead identification and tracking, facilitation of project proposals, and conducting project interviews and presentations
- Strategic planning, goal management, deliverables execution
- Versed in executing/managing multi-discipline engineering projects and teams, including architectural, structural, process, mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines
- Team management; mentoring and teaching junior staff, QA/QC their work
- Scope, schedule and budget management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues leading to repeat work with existing clients and winning new clients
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Well-versed in project management responsibilities (scope, schedule and budget adherence)
- 10 years experience executing a variety of water/wastewater engineering projects required
- MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) required
- Bluebeam preferred
- BST or Deltek accounting software preferred
- Licensed Professional Engineerrequired
- B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related
