Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Engineering Project Manager to join our Water team in Middletown, CT. This role manages and executes a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects in Connecticut and throughout New England.

Responsibilities
  • Management, oversight, execution of a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects.
  • Technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating small-to-mid-scale projects.
  • Performing portions of large or complex multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Applying intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance organization's standards and delivery of services.
  • Preparing proposals and scopes of work.
  • Managing and mentoring junior-level staff.
  • Performing research assignments, pilot studies as needed.
  • Participating in water/wastewater industry professional organizations.

Experience
  • 10 years of experience executing a variety of municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater projects
  • Experience with multi-discipline project teams
  • MS Office + Bluebeam proficiency
Certifications
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
Education
  • B.S. Civil or Environmental Engineering
