Description:
We seek a highly motivated and technically qualified individual to join our NTIA NOFO 2 SRFA 1 Development Team. The Principal Research Engineer, Embedded Software will oversee the Software development. This position will work closely with R&D managers and System, Hardware, and Software engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Embedded software and BSP (Board Support Program) development
- Setup the software development environment, including installing software development servers and tools
- Support system integrity test and debugging
- Source code to be modified for debugging i.e., enrich the 'log' function
- Open RAN interface protocol (eCPRI, Split 7.2., SyneE/PTP software design and development)
Qualified Candidates Must Possess:
- Knowledge in OAM features, network protocols i.e., TCP/IP, Security features
- Implementation of M-Plane, C-Plane protocol processing software
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of related experience in BSP (Board Support Program) development and management role.
