$114,710.00 - $186,405.00 / year

Job Description :
To be responsible for oversight and support of all nursing units in the assigned division, which may include acute care and ICU. To ensure fiscal accountability, satisfactory performance on quality metrics defined by the organization, and compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements. May direct human resources functions for assigned area(s). May develop the annual budget for assigned area(s). May monitor fiscal resources for assigned area(s).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a Master's degree in Nursing or related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. If position is in Perioperative Services, will also require Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
