POSITION SUMMARY
The pharmacist will oversee all activities in managing the organization's Pharmacy Program. The
Pharmacist is charged with overseeing all ordering and dispensing of pharmaceutical drugs. Will comply
with all state Pharmacy Laws and Regulations. Will work in conjuction with the Clinical Services
Coordinator, Quality/TQI Director and CFO to maintain and manage all 340B and DMEPOS policies and
procedures to be in compliance with TJC, CMS and any other regulating organization.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Experience: Six months to one year related experience preferred
Computer Skills
Efficient in word and able to learn new computer programs.
Certificates & Licenses
Licensed in the State of Arkansas. Graduated from a accredited school of Pharmacy. Experience in the
pharmacy field. Knowledge if all business aspects regarding running a pharmacy. Understands all
Medicaid, Medicare and third party billing and remittance.

Must have a pharmacist license with no disciplinary actions for Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy.
