The role you'll contribute:

As a Sr. Manager within Digital Strategy, you will join a fun and dynamic team of individuals with a shared passion to make big impact leading a specific division and driving digital campaign strategies to increase engagement and revenue for the organization. In this role, you will report to the Director of Digital Strategy and lead a team of direct reports, provide collaborative leadership to cross functional teams and be responsible for developing integrated strategies in support of identified regions/divisions. You will also serve as the divisional subject matter expert in the digital space and demonstrate the overall business value of the marketing efforts. As part of this team, you will lead digital education and collaboration with executives/senior management, physician enterprise and clinical staff, operational managers, and other stakeholders on the vision for digital marketing, and strategic business opportunities.

The value you'll bring to the team:
  • Responsible for developing the strategic digital vision for the assigned demographic region / division(s) to drive volume driving based on identified budget and patient/visit targets.
  • Works closely with the Director of Digital Strategy for alignment on enterprise-level goals and initiatives.
  • Develop overarching and campaign/initiative-specific digital marketing plans that leverage CRM and include lead and pipeline goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets (creative, content, etc.), performance evaluation, and optimization.
  • Responsible for successful end-to-end campaign strategy for division and service line initiatives.
  • Lead collaboration and digital marketing education among divisional leadership and physicians.
  • Work closely with regional leadership across the organization to manage the strategic planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, manage, and elevate numerous Digital Strategy Managers, Senior Specialists and Specialists, cross-functional teams and partner/vendor relationships, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervision.
  • Seek to advance and personalize digital patient experiences with multi-touch marketing efforts and demonstrate clear ROI for B2C efforts and B2B efforts.
  • Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to understand business, patient care, and marketing challenges and offer digital and technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs through reports and dashboards including demand, qualified leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Conduct patient journey mapping and document patient paths to service/purchase for all service lines.
  • Create a culture of service excellence through socialization of patient experience values and initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams (such as IT) and vendors/partners to ensure all campaign activities are completed successfully, on time, and within campaign budgets.
  • Use data to optimize campaigns, identify and target best prospects and customers, and produce incremental sales and revenue from current or inactive customers.
  • Quantify initiatives and goals and demonstrate progress and successes of marketing efforts through the use of detailed ROI reports, value tracking, and digital analytics. Provide data reports and feedback for leadership to keep them abreast of progress and business value of marketing efforts.
  • Continually evaluate efforts and determine resources (e.g. staffing, vendors, costs) needed for future success.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the digital marketing budgets for assigned regions and portfolio of service lines. Proactively strategize with team to plan for future funding.
  • Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, high volumes and working under multiple and competing deadlines.


Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's - Required
  • 10+ digital marketing experience - Required
  • Experience leading successful marketing campaigns and advanced customer/patient experiences that deliver downstream ROI.
  • Proficiency with advanced marketing technology platforms.
  • Display extensive knowledge on integrating digital and traditional channels effectively.
  • Superior leadership and abilities in motivate a team across a division, collaborate, problem solving, using data to derive solutions, execution against the odds, financial management, communications and presentations, and operating successfully despite uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • $1M+ budget management experience to develop revenue forecasts and hold responsibility for increases in ROI (bottom-line profitability, top-line revenues, and customer loyalty from patients and referring physicians).
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams (IT, Business, Finance), and partners/vendors.
  • Experience and advanced proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and health-related data sets.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of CRM/PRM systems, content management systems, browser applications, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, mobile and web analytics tools.
  • Possess the ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical information to a diverse group of stakeholders and non-technical staff.
  • Skills in large data set management, multivariate analysis, gleaning insights from data, and presenting data clearly via written and oral reports and presentations.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail for QA and campaign performance testing.
  • Excellent customer services skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships across administrators, team members, physicians, customers/patients, vendors and the community.
